Description
The Estimator is responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising the direction of multiple construction projects. Maintaining close contact with management and owners, monitors construction, ensures proper project completion, as well as managing the bidding process while reviewing, sourcing, and preparing budget estimates during the preconstruction phase of each project. The construction estimator draws up, estimates, and determines the overall cost of a new or existing commercial construction projects.
